Unused sticks, heads, and mesh purchased from Signaturelacrosse.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. To make an exchange, please email us at theflock@signaturelacrosse.com.

We are happy to replace items at no charge if they are defective or damaged when they arrive. Returns or exchanges initiated for any other reason will be subject to actual shipping charges.

Products can be exchanged for the same item or an item of equivalent value if the model you are returning is no longer available. Send us an email at theflock@signaturelacrosse.com with any questions.

Complete Sticks and Heads are backed by a Lifetime Warranty, which covers your product as long as you own it. To get started with a Warranty claim, click here.

Please Note: ALL Warranties are Void on customized sticks and/or heads, including, but not limited to, custom dyed lacrosse heads.

Warranty, Returns & Exchanges - Apparel

Unused Custom Apparel items purchased from Signaturelacrosse.com may be exchanged for a replacement if you receive an incorrect size or if there is a manufacturing defect.

Apparel items are not returnable or exchangeable for reasons other than noted above, as they are custom made to order on demand.

There is no warranty applicable for Apparel items.

Warranty, Returns & Exchanges - Balls, Goals, Rebounders & Mesh

Unused balls, goals & rebounders purchased from Signaturelacrosse.com that have any manufacturing defect may be returned or exchanged for a replacement at no charge.

Balls, Goals & Rebounders not meeting the above criteria can returned or exchanged for 30 days. Actual shipping charges will apply.

There is no warranty applicable for Balls, Goals & Rebounders.
