What is a Team Store? 

A team store is an online shop where players, fans, and family can shop for uniforms, apparel, and accessories decorated with the logos of your team. We host your store for you, as well as design any logos, handle manufacturing, coordinate shipping, and provide 24/7 Customer Service. Plus, your team receives 5% back to your program of all sales made on your store.

What kind of apparel and accessories are showcased on my Team Store?   

Through research and development, we were able to collect data behind what sells best on Team Stores. We curated a product line that is seasonal, complete, functional, and stylish. You'll find performance shirts (moisture-wicking), cotton shirts, hoodies, performance zip-ups, jackets, hats, socks, water bottles, stickers, and so much more.

The best part- we also put your Team's Uniform right on the site! So your Team's parents can order uniforms directly on site, pick out their numbers and sizes, and then have their sets shipped directly to their house.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped? 

Uniform sets ship 21 days after your order is placed. We recommend ordering uniforms as soon as possible, because Team numbers are dedicated on a first come, first served basis. Orders received after your Program’s Uniform Cut-Off date will incur a $35 per order up-charge, not including shipping.

Other fan gear items ship 10-14 days after your order is placed.

Only a few of the items I order have Arrived? 

This is normal! We ship orders as soon as they are finished production, so your items may arrive in separate shipments. Uniforms take a little longer to produce, so a lot of times your uniform will arrive after your fan apparel and accessories.

Is there someone I can contact regarding my order?

How do I track my Order? 

Once you place you order, you will get an email confirmation that we have received your order.

Once your order has been shipped (remember we will ship your order items as they become ready, so it is common that you will receive multiple shipments) we will share your tracking information and status of each shipment.

If you didn't receive an email, or can't find it in your inbox (it's okay... happens to the best of us), just contact us with the button in the answer above. We will let you know the status and resend you the email so you can keep checking in.

For Uniforms, how do I know I won't have the same Number as someone on my Team? 

We work with your coach to make sure this doesn't happen! We have your team's roster so we can ensure no overlap.

Player Numbers are assigned on a first come/ first serve basis. So don't wait to get your uniform for the season!

What are my shipping options?

The typical transit time for a Team Store item is 3-5 business days. Specific shipping options and transit times are available at checkout.

How do I return/get a refund for my item? 

No problem, we will replace your items no questions asked. We just want to make sure you get what you need to be the best lacrosse player you can be! Just shoot us an email by clicking the button below, and we will get everything started for you.
