The Growing Impact of Kids Lacrosse Africa
Kids Lacrosse Africa, a non-governmental entity, has made remarkable strides since its founding. Under the leadership of Andrew Mamawi, the organization has gained strong local support, partnering with schools and igniting a passion for lacrosse across Uganda. With an vision for growth, Kids Lacrosse Africa is dedicated to expanding lacrosse from the grassroots level to adults across the continent, helping players develop both on and off the field.
Signature Returns to Uganda in 2025
In line with our mission to give back through sport, Signature Athletics and the Signature Foundation are excited to announce our return to Uganda in 2025! From May 29th to June 8th, we will be embarking on a Volun-Tourism trip to Jinja, where our team of coaches and volunteers will work directly with local youth, schools, and families.
Our mission:

Coaching over 200 children in lacrosse, sharing both technical skills and values like teamwork and perseverance.

Partnering with schools to support educational and athletic development.

Supporting local coaches and sponsored families, ensuring a sustainable impact beyond our trip.
This initiative is more than just a lacrosse clinic—it’s an opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of young athletes and their communities.
