Warranty, Returns & Exchanges - Complete Sticks, Heads

Unused sticks, shafts and heads purchased from Signaturelocker.com may be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date. To make an exchange, please visit our Returns & Exchanges Portal.

We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged when they arrive. Products can be exchanged for the same item or an item of equivalent value if the model you are returning is no longer available. Send us an email at theflock@signaturelacrosse.com with any questions. 

Signature Lifetime Warranty

Complete Sticks, Shafts and Heads are backed by a Lifetime Warranty, which covers your product as long as you own it. Shafts are subject to a one time replacement. Ball stops are not covered by our warranty. To get started with a Warranty claim, click here.

Please Note: All Warranties are void on customized sticks and/or heads, including, but not limited to, custom dyed lacrosse heads.

Fine but ONLY FIT ADULT stick shafts (not in description)

I bought this for our juniors to jazz up their sticks and since they destroy butt end caps.... arrived and they are only for the wider shaft adult sticks.

Wish the description said that , as they aren't worth sending back . We will just use them for our adult ones when they need to be replaced but they likely will get painted over as they don't want those colours when older lol. Ah well

Took a Star off for he lack of description wasting my time and money, but functionality is fine.

Didn't want to list as one star and tank the rating for others, but still feel it should be noted and changed on the site.
